Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Intact Academy (Sari van Poelje, Laurens Reaalstraat 26, 3531 GP Utrecht, Netherlands, KvK: registered in the Netherlands).
Services
Intact Academy provides executive coaching, team coaching, supervision and training services. The specific scope, duration and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work commences.
Fees and payment
Fees are invoiced in euros. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will not be charged.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching and supervision sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Intact Academy will not disclose any information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Liability
Intact Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, Netherlands.
